What we collect

• Device identifier — an anonymous identifier used to create your account automatically. No name, email or phone number is required or collected.
• Photos you upload — stored on our servers so your edits appear in your chat history, and sent to Google's Gemini API solely to perform the edit you request.
• Prompts — the text instructions you write, stored with your chat history.
• IP address and app version — used for abuse prevention and support.
• Purchase status — subscription state is processed by Apple/Google and RevenueCat; we never see your payment details.

How your images are processed

Images are processed by Google's Gemini API under Google's API terms. We do not use your images to train AI models, and we do not sell or share your images or prompts with anyone else.

Data retention and deletion

Your chats and images remain until you delete them. Deleting your account from the app's Settings screen permanently removes your account, chats, images and transaction history from our servers.

Tracking

PhotoPilot contains no ads and no third-party tracking or analytics SDKs.
